These Sheet Pan Chicken And Black Bean Nachos are topped with all kinds of goodness. Starting with crispy chips, then layered with cheese, seasoned chicken, black beans, tomatoes, jalapenos and of course cheese and more cheese.

Making these sheet pan chicken black bean nachos are super easy. You can use a rotisserie chicken or cook up your own chicken breast. In this recipe I used pre-shredded chicken breast, which cooks up super fast. I like to add an extra step, I cook the chicken in a seasoned sauce which makes these nachos bursting with flavor.
These are great to serve for game night or to have for a quick easy weeknight meal. When the kids hear it’s “Nacho’s for dinner” I bet there will be no complaints.
Tip:
You can easily substitute ground beef for the chicken, but whichever you choose, double up on the meat or chicken and use it to make tacos as well. Create a topping bar with fixings that will please everyone. You can use the toppings for both the nachos and tacos. Don’t forget the margaritas! If your having guest that don’t enjoy Mexican food, add my easy Zucchini Pie to the menu.
What is the best melting cheese for nachos?
American, Cheddar and Monterey jack are all good choices. They all will melt into a creamy texture. Use a combination to add more flavor.
Tip: To prevent your nachos from getting soggy, sprinkle cheese on top of them and bake them in the oven for a few minutes. This will create a layer between the other toppings keeping them crispy.

Once these delicious chips are fixed with all the toppings I would not recommend saving leftovers, they will not have the same crispy consistency. But believe me once your family and friends taste these Nachos, I doubt there will be any leftovers!
