Can You Make Penne alla Vodka with Chicken Without Vodka?
Yes, you can make Penne vodka with chicken without vodka. While vodka adds a distinct flavor it is possible to create a delicious dish without it. You can replace the vodka with an equal amount of chicken or vegetable broth. This will add flavor to the sauce without changing the texture.

How to store Penne alla Vodka with Chicken?
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. If you choose, you can freeze the sauce separately for up to 2 months. When ready to use the sauce just make some fresh pasta.
Reheat leftovers in a pan on the stove-top or in the microwave with a bit of water to keep the pasta from drying out.
