What to serve with Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Carrots?
These Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Carrots pair well with almost any main dish. A roasted chicken or pork dish would be ideal. Add my zucchini pie as another side dish, yum. Serve them on the side of steak with some potatoes and enjoy a sweet and savory meal. I would recommend not serving them with something that is already sweet, it will be too much sugar.
How to store these Glazed Carrots?
Cool carrots completely, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Reheat the carrots either in the microwave or on the stove. I do not recommend freezing these glazed carrots, they will become too mushy when thawed.

What you need to make Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Carrots
Carrots: I like to use the tricolor petite carrots. They are colorful and make a great presentation on your table. You can use any carrots you like and slice them. Cooking time will vary based on the size of your carrots.
Brown Sugar: You can use either light or dark sugar, both will add to the sweetness.
Honey: A natural sweetener, instead of honey you could use maple syrup.
Butter: I prefer to use salted butter, but you can use unsalted as well.
Olive Oil: Or oil of your choice.
Thyme: Add some parsley at the end as well for garnish.
Salt and Pepper: To taste.
